Dokusan / Taiwa
Dokusan ist die Koan-Schulung mit dem Meister, Taiwa ist die Gelegenheit zu allen möglichen Fragen.
Das regelmäßige Programm besteht abends aus Rezitation, Sarei (Teezeremonie), zwei- bis dreimal 25 Min. Zazen, Kinhin (Meditation im Gehen). Dokusan und Taiwa finden während der Zazen-Übung statt.

Beginn, Ende und Kosten
Tages-Sesshin
- Ein Tages-Sesshin beginnt in der Regel um 09:00 Uhr und endet um 18:00 Uhr.
- Es kann auf Anfrage ein individueller Tag gebucht werden.
Wochen Sesshin
- Ein Sesshin beginnt Freitagabend bzw. Samstagabend und endet 7 Tage später.
- Es kann auf Anfrage ein oder mehrere Tage gebucht werden.
Alles inklusive
- Die Kosten decken Übernachtung, Miete, Nebenkosten und Verpflegung,
- den Rest erhalten Lehrer als Übungsleiterpauschale.
Für Sesshins, die an anderen Orten veranstaltet werden, gelten andere Preise,
bitte die Kosten erfragen bzw. im Sesshin-Kalender nachschauen.
